Creating NEX-82: The Plant was a rewarding challenge, blending narrative depth with technical precision and artistic creativity. This short film showcases a detailed 3D environment set in a post-collapse world, where nature and machine intersect in quiet tension.

Every element in the scene was designed with care, from the weathered metallic surfaces of the robot farmer to the cracked soil, scattered debris, and the delicate central plant struggling to survive. High-resolution textures and subtle natural lighting bring the world to life, enhancing both realism and emotional weight. Dust particles, faded decals, and signs of wear tell a deeper story of abandonment, resilience, and fragile hope.

The careful composition of the environment and the expressive design of the robot character reflect SEELYDOT-Studio’s passion for lifelike, emotionally grounded storytelling through 3D design.
